The superior suite was impressively large, well-organized, and very clean, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. The staff was kind and professional, making the stay enjoyable.

However, the breakfast options were limited and pricey for what was provided.

I found the little kitchenette with a fridge very useful. The hotel is conveniently located near the main station, with several attractions like the New Town Hall and Market Church within a short walk, which made sightseeing easy. However, I noticed that the bathroom ventilation seemed off and some areas could benefit from a refresh, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Novotel Suites Hannover. The superior suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with both a shower and bathtub. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in and my overall experience pleasant.

Unfortunately, the area outside wasn’t the most pleasant. a lot of noise from the street made it hard to keep the windows open. The furniture in the room felt a bit worn and could use a refresh. Also, the air conditioning didn't seem to function consistently, leaving us uncomfortable at times. Despite the location being central, I wouldn’t recommend it for those traveling with pets as there wasn't much green space nearby to walk around. Still, the approachable staff did their best to make our stay pleasant. I'd consider returning for the room's size and breakfast, but I hope to see some upgrades next time.
